1. HAZWOPER Hands-on Simulator®
OSHA has accepted our exclusive HAZWOPER Hands-on Simulator®.
Our Hazwoper Hands-on Simulator® is the undisputed leading innovation in the online training industry today. You will not find a program of this quality anywhere else on the internet for a HAZWOPER Training Course.
This program provides you with a realistic simulation of inspecting, donning and doffing of PPE for the 3 primary levels of personal protection (Levels A, B, and C). The material used for the simulator was derived from OSHA and EPA laws, regulations, guidance letters and other regulatory documents. A stunning decontamination sequence is also presented for each level of protection.

2. Flame Ionization Detector
Our interactive Flame Ionization Detector (FID) illustrates the inner workings of the device. This animation depicts how this device is able to collect organic compounds and measure their concentration.
The Flame Ionization Detector responds to any molecule with a carbon-hydrogen bond, but its response
is either poor or nonexistent to compounds such as H2S, CCl4, or NH3. Since the FID is mass sensitive, not
concentration sensitive, changes in carrier gas flow rate have little effect on the detector response. It is preferred
for general hydrocarbon analysis, with a detection range from 0.1ppm to almost 100%. The FID's response
is stable from day to day, and is not susceptible to contamination from dirty samples or column bleed. It is
generally robust and easy to operate, but because it uses a hydrogen diffusion flame to ionize compounds for
analysis, it destroys the sample in the process.

3. Enhanced Course Format
The enhanced format includes many of latest online learning components. The modules contain almost the same information as our Classic format but in a more robust setting. Student comprehension and retention are measured with review questions at the end of each module along with self-grading quizzes and final exam.

4. Respirator Fit Test Demonstration
This animation aids a student on how to properly don a respirator, conduct positive and
negative pressure checks, seal checks, and doff a respirator.
OSHA Accepts our HAZWOPER Hands-on Simulator®
In an interpretation letter dated February 4, 2009 OSHA stated that our exclusive HAZWOPER Hands-on Simulator® is acceptable when used in conjunction with site specific training. Site specific hands-on training on the actual equipment an employee will be using is required for both online training and public seminar (open enrollment) classroom training. (If you thought you met the OSHA requirements by sending your employees offsite to a public seminar training class, please read the detailed explanation below). Employers can now train their employees online for the 40 or 24 hour HAZWOPER courses and then conduct site specific hands-on training on the actual equipment an employee will be using in their job.
