Refund, Transfer, & Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail, fax, or mail). Students may request a transfer to another course of equal or lesser value. This request must be received in writing (e-mail, fax, or mail).
Substitutions may be made upon written approval from the original registrant.
Credentials (username and password) are valid for 1 year from the date of registration. After 1 year, no refund, substitution or refund will be permitted.
