40 Hour HAZWOPER Online Training Course
Cost: $395 per person
Do You Need to Take the OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training Course?
The 40-hour HAZWOPER online training course from National Environmental Trainers (NET) is initial certification training for individuals who will work in areas defined as HAZWOPER work sites.
If you or your employees will be doing clean up or removal of hazardous substances, or if you will be exposed to hazardous substances, the 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required for compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) regulations.
Workers who will be exposed to hazardous substances at or above the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) during remediation of a contaminated site also need OSHA 40-hour training. Without question, general site workers are the largest number of people requiring 40-hour HAZWOPER training. HAZWOPER training is required for work at all contaminated sites.
